Have these ready
- Your passport or national ID: the number and a clear photo or scan
- A selfie holding your ID next to your face
- Your licence number and the state that issued it (enter N/A if you have no licence yet)
- Your address, phone number and date of birth
- Files can be a PDF or an image, up to 10 MB each. You can also take the photos with your phone camera.
Which exam type to choose
Airline and commercial pilots choose Commercial and Airline Pilot (CPL/ATPL). Private pilots choose General Aviation Pilot (PPL). Student pilots, helicopter pilots and cabin or ground staff have their own options.
When to register
You can register at any time: before you book, while you wait for your slot to be confirmed, or afterwards. Use your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport or national ID, because it will be printed on your certificate.
Your documents and privacy
Your details and documents go directly to the testing body through its own system. They are used to verify your identity and issue your certificate, as described in the data-processing notice on the form.
